The official opening of the New Jersey Arts Annual: Crafts, was last night at the New Jersey State Museum. The reception included words from the New Jersey Secretary of State Nina Mitchell Wells, the new Executive Director Eric Pryor, and the museum's fine art curator (and co-curator of the show) Margaret O'Reilly. The newly remodeled space is light and airy. The show was hung with a lot of thought about materials and themes.
