Online Exhibitions

Crafthaus is growing steadily as a networking site for artists. Now it has ventured into hosting online exhibitions. Any member can propose an exhibition, then send out a call for entry to the members of the site. The exhibition has prominent placement for one month and afterwards it can still be linked to. This means you can place the exhibit on your resume with the link, quite handy. Many gallery shows don't have permenant links to older exhibits. Here are the first two. I was happy to be in both with other evocative work. Enjoy!

"Stick it to 'em, Pins Behaving Badly" curated by Michelle Pajak-Reynolds

"Bird House", curated by 2 Roses and Emily Watson avian themed art from members of crafthaus

Jewelry Image in Art Jewelry Magazine

I was surprised to learn that my work entitled "Viking Necklace" was pictured in the gallery section of September 2009 Art Jewelry Magazine.

I am happy to be in there in the company of my New Jersey Metal Arts Guild co-founder
Amy Roper Lyons.

A little publicity is all the sweeter as I approach the last third of my teaching stint at an art camp
near the Catskills, 2 hours from anything, albeit, only 1 hour from a chain bookstore to buy a copy of the above magazine.
